Food for Thought Survey – seeking Industry opinions!

St Angela’s College are part of an Erasmus+ funded project called Food for Thought. To inform their research they are seeking Industry input.

We would be grateful if you have a few minutes to complete a short industry related survey entitled Food for Thought: Equipping future hospitality employees with a sound knowledge of local food systems and sustainable food practices The short survey aims to collect your views on the importance of local food systems and sustainability and the extent to which this should be taught to hospitality students and existing industry staff.

The findings will be used to influence the development of a learning programme to support hospitality students develop appropriate knowledge in local food systems and sustainable food practices.

This development is part of  an Erasmus+ funded project called Food for Thought being taken forward by the following partners:
